I have found quite a few good TM that are a pleasure to work with but equal amount that are hard to work with on daily basis. Corporate level management states they have a fun family oriented work atmosphere but only comparable to a 2nd uncle that no one likes that you would invite over for Christmas Dinner out of sheer pity. Management is horrible, they take care of people under their control and pick out ones that don't conform to their every wish.
